Viewing Your Login History
To view the history of logins under the provider account to the PCP, go to My Profile > My Login History in the Audit group > Login History tab. For each login record, this screen displays the login date and IP address from which the login action was performed.
To view the list of failed logins under the provider account, open the Failed Logins tab. On this tab, you can view the history of failed login attempts performed by users during the last 30 days.
Note: If you see a large number of failed login attempts performed from the same IP address, this might indicate a brute-force attack on your CloudBlue Commerce servers. In this case, enable the brute-force attack protection security option as described in the Configuring Brute-Force Attack Protection Settings section.
