Deleting an Account

When you delete an account, any service delivery to the customer is stopped, and all customer's personal data are removed from CloudBlue Commerce system.

Important: You cannot delete a reseller account that has at least one customer. If you try to, you will get the corresponding error message.

To delete an account, you need to perform the following operations:

  1. Stop all of the account's subscriptions and unsubscribe the account from them.
  2. Delete all of the account's staff members.
  3. Delete all information about the account from the CloudBlue Commerce database.
