Deleting an Account
When you delete an account, any service delivery to the customer is stopped, and all customer's personal data are removed from CloudBlue Commerce system.
Important: You cannot delete a reseller account that has at least one customer. If you try to, you will get the corresponding error message.
To delete an account, you need to perform the following operations:
- Stop all of the account's subscriptions and unsubscribe the account from them.
- Delete all of the account's staff members.
- Delete all information about the account from the CloudBlue Commerce database.
