The Operations interface is web-based. You need an Internet browser program to log in to and operate Operations.
Operations interface navigation and control functions are compatible with most Internet browsers.
Note: To accomplish this operation you must have been provided with a provider account in Operations and received both the account login information and the control panel URL from your vendor.
To log in to your control panel, follow these steps:
- In the browser address field, type the address of your control panel. The Login to screen appears.
- On the login screen, type your login name and password in the Username and Password fields respectively.

If necessary, select the interface language using the Language drop-down box.
Note: If you log in to your account for the first time, your default language will be as defined by your provider. If you prefer to use a different language option, you can either select it each time you log in using the Language drop-down box or, after logging in, change the default language setting in the Interface Settings window to the language of your choice.
- Click the Login button.
You have logged in to your Operations account. You can now perform management and control tasks within the user rights assigned to you.
