Viewing Failed Login Attempts History

To view the history of failed logins, perform these steps:

1. Go to the System > Users > Login History tab.
2. Click the Failed Logins subtab.

Here, you see the login failure history for the last 30 days. For each user, the list displays the account name, user name, and the IP addresses from which a login failure occurred, and the number of unsuccessful log-in attempts performed from the same IP address.

You can filter the list by choosing one of the following options from the Show drop-down list:

• Own: To view failed login actions of users (staff members and service users) belonging to your account only.
• All: To view failed login actions performed by your account's users and users belonging to your subordinate accounts.
