Viewing a Staff Member's Login History
Operations enables you to track the logins of your customers. For this purpose, follow these steps:
- Go to Operations > Customers. Select a customer.
- On the General tab, select the Staff members sub-tab.
- Select a staff member by clicking its Username.

Open the Login History tab.
- The Login History sub-tab shows all login actions performed by the staff member, with the dates and IP addresses from which they were performed.
- The Failed Logins sub-tab displays the same statistics about the unsuccessful login attempts of the staff member's account.
