Viewing a Staff Member's Login History

Operations enables you to track the logins of your customers. For this purpose, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Operations > Customers. Select a customer.
  2. On the General tab, select the Staff members sub-tab.
  3. Select a staff member by clicking its Username.
  4. Open the Login History tab.

    • The Login History sub-tab shows all login actions performed by the staff member, with the dates and IP addresses from which they were performed.
    • The Failed Logins sub-tab displays the same statistics about the unsuccessful login attempts of the staff member's account.
