Viewing Users' Failed Login Attempts

Go to System > Users > Login History tab. On the Failed Logins subtab, you can view the history of failed login attempts performed by users during the last 30 days.

You can filter the list by choosing one of the following options from the Show drop-down list:

  • Own: click to view failed logins of users (staff members and service users) belonging to your account only.
  • All: click to view failed logins performed by your account's users and all their subordinate users.

Note: If you see a large number of failed login attempts performed from the same IP address, this might indicate a brute-force attack on your CloudBlue Commerce servers. In this case, enable the brute-force attack protection security option as described in the Configuring Brute-Force Attack Protection Settings section.
