Features

PFR-5446 The ability to schedule a billing period change for a subscription for the next billing date. You can also update the recurring price for the subscription that will be applied after that change. This is only possible for subscriptions to plans that allow scheduled changes.

Fixes

PUT-37 Only a downsize order could be created during a partial upgrade when resources were transferred to a new subscription.
