Overview

CloudBlue allows you to configure referral products. This type of a product cannot be purchased by a customer. Instead, it allows customers interested in purchasing the product to share their information with the vendor. Referral products is a quick and easy way to extend a vendor's presence on marketplaces. This section will guide you how to configure such a product.

Prerequisites

• Referral product support is enabled by the following components:

  • CloudBlue Connect: 33 or higher

  • BSS: 21.17 or higher

  • Product Lifecycle Management: 2.4.1469 or higher

  • UX1 Marketplace: 8.3.2705 or higher

  • UX1 Subscription Management: 5.9.1884 or higher

• UX1 Marketplace configuration must be updated to support referral products.
