Publish Referral Products

Referral products listed for a marketplaces need to be published before any customer can see them.

This can be done by the tenant that owns the marketplace or by the provider.

To publish a referral product, complete the following steps:

1. Open UX1 as the tenant or provider.

2. Go to Portfolio > External Catalogs.

3. Locate the referral product and open it.

4. Click Add to portfolio.

5. Switch to the Availability tab and click Add to marketplace.

   

After that, the product status will be changed to Published and it will appear in the External Catalog as installed.

This means that it is available to customers in the marketplace and they can request more information about the product.
