Configuring User Management Controls
You can configure the visibility of the following UI control elements on the User List/View screens:
- The Log in as User and Disable actions on the User List screen
- The Log in as User and Disable buttons on the User View screen
To show or hide the UI control elements listed above, do the following:
- In the Operations control panel, go to System > Settings > Security > Privileges tab.

Use the following privileges for customer administrators:

The Login as to MyCP privilege allows you to configure visibility of the Log in as User and Disable control elements applicable to service users in the panel.
If the privilege is disabled for the role, the Log in as User and Disable controls will be hidden in the panel.

The Own Users privilege allows to configure visibility of the Log in as User and Disable control elements applicable to customer administrators in the panel.
If the value is set to View/Disabled, the Log in as User and Disable controls will be hidden in the panel.
If the value is set to Manage/Admin, the Log in as User and Disable controls will be available in the panel.
