How to Set Up the Privileges to Manage Account Information in UX1

You can configure whether to give permissions for your subresellers to change their account information, for example: account name, tax registration ID, and postal address. If you disable the ability to change account related information, they will see a note in UX1 suggesting they contact their service provider.

To set up the privilege for account management, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Operations control panel, go to Operations > Resellers.
  2. Click the company name of a reseller.
  3. Switch to the Security tab > Roles > Account Administrator role.
  4. Go to the Privileges tab and click Edit.
  5. Find the Own Account Info privilege and select the View or Manage mode according to your needs.

    Actions that are available under the Own Account Info privilege in different modes are listed below.

    Edit account name and tax registration id

  6. When it's ready, click Submit.
