Switching a CSP Partner for an Azure Subscription

The process of switching a CSP partner requires a number of steps to be carried out by partners, customers, and Microsoft. These actions are described in the corresponding Microsoft sources and are beyond the scope of this guide.

The following conditions must be met before importing a subscription:

1. You have purchased an "Azure reseller" subscription.
2. You have the "Import" permission. Request it from your provider.
3. All steps related to transferring the subscription are completed. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-solution-provider/customer-management/switch-subscription-to-different-csp-partner.
4. You have the following information about the customer: Subscription GUID, Customer Name, End-customer Tenant Name.
5. You know the "Cut-off Date", which is the date when Microsoft billing is switched from the previous partner to you.

When these steps are completed, proceed to Importing Azure CSP Subscriptions.
