Hardware and Software Requirements
Hardware Requirements
To successfully deploy the Cloud Infrastructure Automation, you need the following:
- One CentOS hardware node to store the Instance Manager (the Cloud Infrastructure control center).
- One CentOS hardware node to store the Instance Manager database.
- One CentOS hardware node to host the CI APS backend.
- At least one virtualization node to host your customers' virtual servers (Linux containers, Linux/Windows virtual machines).
- At least one backup node to store backups and images of virtual servers. Please note that a backup node should be a separate node; you can't use a virtualization node as a backup node.
Software Requirements
The Cloud Infrastructure Automation is compatible with CloudBlue Commerce components, running the following software:
Component | Supported Software |
---|---|
CloudBlue Commerce management node |
CentOS/RHEL 7.2 or later (x64) |

Virtual servers |
For the list of operating systems that you can run in virtual servers, refer to Virtuozzo User's Guide >>Managing Virtual Machines and Containers > Creating Virtual Machines and Containers > Supported Guest Operating Systems. You can also try using the other operating systems in virtual servers, but the Cloud Infrastructure Automation has not been extensively tested with them. |
Web browsers |
You can use the latest versions of the following web browsers to work with Cloud Infrastructure Automation:
Other web browsers may also work fine with Cloud Infrastructure Automation, although they have not been tested with CloudBlue Commerce. |
