Monitoring Customers Plesk Instances
To get information about all Plesk installations on customers' virtual private servers, go to Services > Cloud Infrastructure > Plesk in VPS > Plesk Installations.
The information about all customers' Plesk instances is presented in a table with the following columns:

Account |
Customer's account related to the current Plesk instance. Click the account name, to view the information about customer's account. |
Subscription name |
Customer's subscription related to the current Plesk instance. Click the subscription name, to view the information about customer's subscription. |
Configuration |
Click the configuration name, to get more detailed information about the particular customer's Plesk installation: configuration name and description, installed components, license information, customer's permissions, update settings, DNS management settings. |
Platform |
Plesk installation platform – Linux or Windows. |
Version |
Plesk installation version. |
Update |
Installed Plesk update. |
Domains / edition |

Host |
Virtual server where Plesk instance is installed. |
IP address / mask |
IP address / mask. |
You can filter Plesk installations by the account, subscription name, configuration, platform, version, host, and IP address. To find only specific Plesk installations, specify the necessary parameters in the fields provided and click Search. The applied filter settings are saved on this screen, so when you refer to this screen next time, the filter will still be set. To undo the filtering, click Reset Search.
To log in to customer's Plesk instance, click the icon in Actions column.
