Viewing Detailed Information on All Servers of All Nodes
As a provider, you may sometimes need to view all virtual servers that reside on all nodes registered in the Cloud Infrastructure, along with detailed information about the servers. You may also need to perform certain operations on a particular virtual server or on several virtual servers simultaneously (for example, back up all virtual servers of a customer).
To view and manage the virtual servers of all your customers, go to Services > CloudInfrastructure > Virtual Servers.
The Virtual Servers page lists all virtual servers hosted on all your nodes. The information on virtual servers is presented in the form of a table with the following columns:
Column Name |
Description |
---|---|
Name |
Name assigned to the virtual server. You can click the name to go to the page where you can configure the server parameters and perform different operations on it. |
Hostname |
Hostname assigned to the server. |
State |
Current state of the server. |
OS & Technology |
Denotes the server technology (whether it is a container or virtual machine) and the type of operating system installed in the server. |
IP Addresses |
Public and Private IP addresses assigned to the server. |
OS Template |
OS template the server is based on. |
Subscription |
Subscription ID under which the server was created. You can click the subscription ID to view its detailed information. |
Customer |
Name of the customer owning the server. You can click the name to go to the page where you can view detailed information about the owner. |
Virtualization Node |
Node where the server is hosted. You can click the node to view its detailed information and configure its settings. |
On this page, you can perform different operations on the listed servers:
- To perform an operation on an individual server, select its checkbox in the table and click the respective button at the top of the screen (for example, Start to start the server).
- To perform an operation on several servers simultaneously, select their checkboxes in the table and click the respective button at the top of the screen (for example, Stop to stop the servers).
You can also filter servers by the name, subscription ID, customer ID, IP address, technology, or state. To show specific servers only, specify the necessary parameters in the fields provided and click Search.
