Prerequisites

Before you start deploying the Hosted Exchange application, ensure that your CloudBlue Commerce system meets the following requirements:

• CloudBlue Commerce

  • 20.4
  • 8.3
  • 8.2 HOTFIX 134475

  Important: On an existing installation of the application, you must upgrade the application to version 1.4.1 before upgrading CloudBlue Commerce to version 20.4.

• The Messaging and Collaboration module.

• The Hosted Exchange 2016 module. You need to install and configure the module as described in the MS Exchange Hosting Guide >> Deploying Hosted Exchange 2016.

  Note: The application supports demo mode, which enables you to evaluate the application's abilities. In this mode, the Hosted Exchange 2016 module is optional.
