Managing Licenses of Office 365 User

This section describes how to manage Office 365 licenses of an Office 365 user.

To manage licenses of an Office 365 user, perform the following actions:

  1. In Customer Control Panel, go to Office 365 > Users.
  2. In the user list, select the checkbox of the required user and click Manage Licenses.
  3. For each license, select one of the following actions:

    • None – No action will be performed.
    • Release License – The license will be released from the user.
    • Assign To Users – The license will be assigned to the user.
  4. Click Save.

Note: You can select several users and manage their licenses.
