'Office 365 License' resource types represent Office 365 offers. A separate 'Office 365 License' resource type must be created for each license type you created earlier (see the Creating License Types section for details).
Important: You must create only one 'Office 365 License' resource type of a license type per application instance. Do not create several 'Office 365 License' resource types for the same license type for the same application instance.
To create an 'Office 365 License' resource type, perform the following actions:
- In the Provider Control Panel, go to Services > Applications and select the APS Packages tab.
- In the list of applications, select the Office 365 application.
- Select the Resource Types tab.
- Click Create.
- In the list of resource classes, select the Application Service Reference resource class.

Specify the following parameters:
- Name: The name of the resource type.
- Description: The description of the resource type. This parameter is optional.
Click Next.
- In the list of APS types, select the License APS type.
- In the list of instances, select the required license type instance.
- Check the resource type parameters carefully and click Finish.
For example, create the following 'Office 365 License' resource type:
Office 365 Business Premium
- License type instance: Office 365 Business Premium
