Before configuring a reseller account for an Indirect CSP Reseller of an Indirect CSP Provider, make sure that the following requirements are met:
- The Indirect CSP Provider has an account in Odin Automation; an Office 365 application instance and resources are configured for the Indirect CSP Provider.
- The Indirect CSP Reseller has a CSP partner account in the Microsoft Partner Center.
- The Indirect CSP Reseller has a signed reseller agreement with Microsoft.
- In the Microsoft Partner Center, the account of the Indirect CSP Reseller is connected with the account of the Indirect CSP Provider.
If the above requirements are met, perform the following actions to configure a reseller account for that Indirect CSP Reseller:
- In Odin Automation, under the account of the Indirect CSP Provider, create a reseller account.
- Subscribe the reseller account of the Indirect CSP Reseller to an Office 365 Customer Management service plan. To learn more about this service plan, see Creating the 'Office 365 Customer Management' Service Plan.
- Make sure that UX1 for Resellers is enabled for the reseller account that you created. See the UX1 for Resellers Provider Guide for details.

Delegate the Office 365 service plans from the account of the Indirect CSP Provider to the reseller account of the Indirect CSP Reseller.
- Configure the online store under the reseller account of the Indirect CSP Reseller. See Configuring Your Online Store for details.
- Configure the Office 365 subdomain form under the reseller account of the Indirect CSP Reseller. See Configuring the Office 365 Subdomain Form for OA Billing for details.

Ask a representative of the Indirect CSP Reseller to register the appropriate CSP partner account in Odin Automation at UX1 for Resellers > Office 365.
Note: For registration, the Indirect CSP Reseller must confirm the ownership of the appropriate CSP partner account and specify the Microsoft ID, MPN ID, and initial domain of the CSP partner account. When customers of the Indirect CSP Reseller buy Office 365 resources, Odin Automation and the Office 365 application will use this information to inform Microsoft that related sales transactions belong to this specific Indirect CSP Reseller.
