Creating the 'Microsoft 365 Customer Management' Service Plan

If you are going to use reseller accounts for selling the Microsoft 365 resources of your application instance, you must create an auxiliary service plan named Microsoft 365 Customer Management and subscribe these reseller accounts to this service plan.

Notes:

1. To learn more about configuring reseller accounts for selling Microsoft 365 resources, see Configuring Resellers.

2. Only one Microsoft 365 Customer Management service plan must be created per application instance.

3. After subscribing a reseller account to this service plan, no actual provisioning will occur in the Microsoft cloud.

To create this service plan, follow these steps:

1. Create a service plan based on a Microsoft 365 service template that contains Microsoft 365 resources of your application instance.
2. Add one subscription period to this service plan and specify zero prices for setup and recurring fees.
3. Do not add resource rates to this service plan.
