Microsoft has launched promotions that offer a 6-month 100% discount on the Office 365 E1 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses purchased through the CSP program. These promotions are effective between 4 May 2020 and 30 June 2020 for new Microsoft accounts.

As of this version, the application supports these promotions. To use them, configure promotional service plans as described in Microsoft 365 Integration Provider's Guide >> Useful Information > Configuring Service Plans for the Office 365 E1 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic Promotions.
The key features of these service plans:
- The application validates whether Microsoft accounts are eligible for the discount. If the Microsoft account of a customer is not eligible, the application prevents this customer from subscribing to these service plans.
- During the initial 6-month subscription period, the Office 365 E1 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses are free. When this subscription period ends, subscriptions are automatically switched to subscription periods with regular prices.
