CloudBlue Commerce can be integrated with Microsoft 365. By taking advantage of the integrated solution from Ingram Micro and Microsoft, service providers can deliver cloud services such as Microsoft 365 to global customers who access them using the Internet.
To sell cloud services based on Microsoft 365, a service provider sets up a new CSP account with Microsoft, configures CloudBlue Commerce and creates new offerings. Customers can then purchase the services accessible to users using a web-based interface.
Important: Cloud subscriptions that belong to CloudBlue Commerce subscriptions are managed by CloudBlue Commerce, meaning that any changes made in the Partner Center to those cloud subscriptions are overridden by CloudBlue Commerce. You must not change those cloud subscriptions through the Partner Center. If you want to change such cloud subscriptions, you must do it through CloudBlue Commerce. For example, if you want to change the billing period of a cloud subscription managed by CloudBlue Commerce, you can switch the CloudBlue Commerce subscription of that cloud subscription to a service plan with the required billing period.
