A Microsoft 365 application endpoint consists of an IIS site, an IIS application, and a database managed by Microsoft SQL Server. You can deploy one or more Microsoft 365 application endpoints within your CloudBlue Commerce installation, depending on your requirements.
A Microsoft 365 application endpoint can have its own IIS site and database, or use an IIS site and a database that are used by other Microsoft 365 application endpoints.
Note: The scenario in which a Microsoft 365 application endpoint has its own IIS site and database provides the highest level of performance and isolation, but requires more resources.
