SQL Server 2016/2017/2019 Support for Application Endpoints

As of this application version, the following SQL Server versions and editions can be used for storing data of application endpoints:

• SQL Server 2016 Express LocalDB/Express/Web/Standard/Enterprise (x64)
• SQL Server 2017 Express LocalDB/Express/Web/Standard/Enterprise (x64)
• SQL Server 2019 Express LocalDB/Express/Web/Standard/Enterprise (x64)

On a new application installation, you can use one of these SQL Server versions to deploy the endpoint of the application. On an existing application installation, you can use one of the upgrade procedures to upgrade SQL Server used by your application endpoint.
