This section describes how to import tenant subscriptions from the Microsoft cloud to CloudBlue Commerce. After importing tenant subscriptions, these subscriptions become manageable through CloudBlue Commerce.
Note: Tenant subscriptions of customer tenants (Microsoft accounts) whose owners revoked Delegated Admins Privileges can also be imported, but the abilities to manage such customer tenants through the application will be limited until these privileges are returned. To learn more about these privileges, please refer to this article.
Importing is performed by using scripts shipped with the Microsoft 365 application. The import procedure consists of the following steps:
- Satisfying preconditions. See Preconditions for details.
