Usage management
To ensure usage is processed correctly, it is essential to review and approve the usage reports. For detailed guidance, refer to the Usage section and its subsections in the CloudBlue Connect documentation.
Once the reports are reviewed and approved, a periodic task in Operations (OSS)—“inhouse-products XXXX-XX--XX-XX-XXXX Synchronize Connect Usage”—will automatically collect all pending reports from Connect every eight hours and upload them to CloudBlue Commerce.
If needed, you can also manually extract data from CloudBlue Connect (see the CloudBlue Connect documentation) and import it into CloudBlue Commerce. You can do this by using the Usage reports > Update report option in Operations (OSS).
