Adobe Connect 10.11.0 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the fixed issues and enhancements introduced in Adobe Connect v10.11.0:
Enhancements
-
CAD-2181. We have reviewed the current 3YC rating attribute/level hint calculation so that connector does not provide incompatible rating attribute/level hint combination and consumes Adobe end customer discount level information.
-
CAD-2173. A new environment variable has been added to enable rescheduling of Adobe renewal attempts in cases when the renewal has not yet been completed on Adobe side. This provides a retry mechanism when the renewal process has not been completed by Adobe.
Fixed Issues
-
CAD-2096. We resolved an issue where customers attempting to add licenses to an Adobe subscription would encounter the error: "Inactive Subscription or Pending Renewal is not Editable." The connector will now prevent attempts to reactivate inactive subscriptions (1004) on the anniversary date, as this action is not permitted by Adobe.
-
CAD-2097. We have fixed an issue where sending the
currencyCodeto Adobe was required in cases when Global Sales was enabled and a new subscription was created on the renewal date. -
CAD-2182. We have resolved an issue where the 3-Years Commit (3YC) was not properly synchronized in cases when the customer ID of a new request was obtained from an existing Connect asset that was in terminated status.
-
CAD-2184. We have fixed an inconsistency in how the
cb_price_level_hint_final_objectparameter was populated. Previously, when one of the items in an order included a High-Growth Offer (HGO) or a Promotion (Promo), the parameter incorrectly applied the rating attribute to all items in the order instead of only the affected one. -
CAD-2193. We resolved an issue that occurred when a request to disable the auto-renewal for Adobe licenses was submitted and the connector would incorrectly mark the request as "Approved" even if no licenses had their autorenewal successfully disabled on the Adobe side. The logic has been corrected. Now, the purchase request will fail if the connector receives confirmation that none of the target licenses had their auto-renewal successfully disabled by Adobe, ensuring the status accurately reflects the actual results.
-
CAD-2198. We resolved an issue where 3-year commit options were wrongly displayed in the ordering process for Extended Terms.
-
CAD-2203. We fixed an issue where the auto-renewal status in CloudBlue was not properly synchronized in Adobe.
-
CAD-2207. A request for an add-on product without the corresponding base product was previously getting stuck in the 'Inquiring with Customer' state. This state was inappropriate because the customer could not resolve the error by modifying the contents of the existing request. The request will now be failed immediately by the connector in this scenario. This allows the customer to place a new, correct request that includes the required base product.
-
CAD-2208.Adobe requests would become stuck in the Pending state due to an inconsistency in how the market subsegment was being processed by the connector. Now if the subsegment already exists in Adobe, it will be used to populate the inquiring request.
-
CAD-2219. We resolved an issue where some customers received a "Market Subsegment not found" error. Now if the subsegment already exists in Adobe, it will be used to populate the inquiring request.
