Adobe Connect 10.6.0 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the new features and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v10.6.0:
New Features
-
COAD-4745. Syndication is now supported by the connector.
Fixed Issues
-
SUPSCIT-4211. We have introduced changes to handle a "missing item" error when checking the High-Growth Offers eligibility.
-
SUPSCIT-4213. An issue has been resolved, where Adobe connector requests could become stuck in a Pending state due to an error during order status validation. Specifically, the connector attempted to check the order status for customers in status 1004 (inactive), resulting in the error: "'1024 is not a valid Status." The connector now verifies the customer's status before initiating any change request. If the customer is in status 1004, the request will fail gracefully, preventing unnecessary processing and log clutter.
-
SUPSCIT-4218. Previously, certain connector requests could become stuck in a Pending state when required parameters were missing, with related messages appearing in the connector logs. This behavior has been corrected. The connector now proactively handles missing parameters by either automatically populating them when possible, or transitioning the request to the Inquiring state to prompt the end customer for the necessary information.
-
SUPSCIT-4234. We fixed an issue, where change requests submitted to remove outdated Three-Year Commitment (3YC) details from subscriptions were incorrectly rejected by the Adobe connector. Despite the 3YC having ended, the connector returned the error: "Three years commitment must be selected". As a result, customers were blocked from removing inactive 3YC details from their subscriptions.
-
SUPSCIT-4345. An issue has been resolved in the Adobe Reseller Console where customer details failed to load. This was traced to a bug in the Adobe Connector's logic for determining whether a request was syndicated. In cases where the request data structure did not match expectations, the connector failed, preventing the console from displaying customer information. A bugfix has been implemented to improve the connector’s handling of syndicated request checks, ensuring compatibility with varying data structures and restoring full functionality to the Reseller Console.
-
SUPSCIT-4351. The connector logic was updated to correctly validate the structure of incoming request data and avoid assumptions about the presence of specific attributes. This fix ensures that transfers under the Adobe VIP Seamless Move extension now proceed as expected.
-
SUPSCIT-4274. We have resolved an issue that was preventing patch operations on Adobe global accounts from completing successfully.
-
SUPSCIT-4277. We resolved an issue, where attempts to apply PATCH operations on global accounts were failing due to missing required fields in the request payload. A fix has been implemented to ensure that the connector includes all necessary fields when processing global account changes, preventing such errors and improving reliability of PATCH operations.
-
XSUPSCIT-4080. We fixed an issue that was causing scheduled change orders to fail.
-
XSUPSCIT-4089. We resolved an issue that was causing order returns to get stuck in Connect.
