Adobe Connect 10.6.1 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v10.6.1:

Fixed Issues

  • SUPSCIT-4379.

    • We have resolved an issue, where cancellation requests remained in a Pending state when this action had already been performed manually on Adobe side previously. To prevent this from happening, the connector will first initiate the cancellation on the Adobe side and once confirmed, the request will then be approved in Connect.

    • We have resolved an issue where requests remained in a Pending state if the action_type parameter is empty. Now the connector will transition those requests to an Inquiring status, to ensure that the required value for the parameter is provided.

  • SUPSCIT-4197. Resolved an issue where orders in the platform due to the presence of both active and expired subscriptions with the same OfferID. The fix ensures that the connector can now correctly handle scenarios where expired subscriptions with different deploymentIDs exist, aligning with Adobe’s business logic. The connector will either ignore specific error codes or validate subscriptions more robustly before order submission, preventing unnecessary order failures.

  • SUPSCIT-4280. We have resolved an issue, where cancellation requests remained in a Pending state when this action had already been performed manually on Adobe side previously. To prevent this from happening, the connector will first initiate the cancellation on the Adobe side and once confirmed, the request will then be approved in Connect.
