Adobe Connect 10.9.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the an enhancement introduced in Adobe Connect v10.9.0:

Enhancement

  • CAD-4809. The connector now checks whether a 3-Year Commitment (3YC) is active before initiating a 3-year recommitment. If the 3YC is not active, the recommitment process will not proceed and a message will be displayed to inform the user. If a related purchase request exists, it will be marked as failed.

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2160. Fixed a bug where renewal dates were not being updated with Adobe’s co-term date during migration order processing.

  • CAD-2164. Addressed a problem preventing the addition or removal of admin contacts in the Adobe Resellers Console when Global Sales was enabled. Admins can now be added or removed without issues.

  • CAD-2167. Corrected an error that caused the Orders table to fail loading in the Adobe Resellers Console. The Order Summary now loads properly and displays the expected data.

  • CAD-2168. Resolved an issue where operations to extract Adobe ID subscription information would time out in the Adobe Resellers Console, so the list of Purchase Authorization orders was not displayed. The system now reliably displays the list of Purchase Authorization orders as expected.

  • CAD-2170. Fixed a bug in the cancellation workflow where partial cancellations remained in a scheduled state and did not complete. Partial cancellations are now processed and finalized as expected.
