Adobe Connect 11.1.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.1.0:

CAD-2254. We have introduced support for Adobe Flexible Discounts during the renewal period. CloudBlue now automates the discovery, validation, and application of these discounts at renewal.

CAD-2250. We have resolved an issue where the discount_group fulfillment parameter was not correctly updating during scheduled change requests, potentially leading to inaccurate reporting.
CAD-2249. Previously, when updating Adobe Connect subscriptions, the connector would mark requests as "Approved" even if Adobe returned specific error codes (3120 or 3123). This occurred because the connector lacked a rollback mechanism for partial failures within the workflow, potentially leading to data mismatches between the platform and Adobe. To ensure data integrity without disrupting existing subscription workflows, we have introduced an automated Helpdesk Ticket to notify administrators that a subscription mismatch has occurred and requires a manual review.
