Adobe Connect 11.10.1 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.10.1:

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2455. We have implemented a permanent fix to address an issue where 3-Year Commitment (3YC) requests were erroneously sent to Adobe without a customer's explicit request. Now the connector prevents these unnecessary patch requests by automatically blocking them if an order is placed on the exact day the 3YC commitment expires and Adobe already registers it as expired. Additionally, the connector now safeguards against premature or redundant data removal during delayed or pending change requests by clearing 3YC details one day prior to expiration.

  • CAD-2483. We have resolved an issue that prevented partners from successfully placing orders when trying to add resources to an existing subscription. Previously, when adding resources, users encountered a blocking error message stating, "We found a CotermDate in Adobe. Please, don't modify this value," which populated an Align CloudBlue Expiration Date field and prevented them from clicking Next to complete the transaction. We have fixed this validation logic; partners can now scale up resources on active subscriptions seamlessly without experiencing form blockages or order-submission errors.

  • CAD-2511. Resolved an issue where Adobe scheduled change requests failed to populate the id field within the cb_flex_discount parameter. Previously, despite the connector successfully retrieving the correct ID from Adobe, the cb_flex_discount_draft parameter remained empty. This blank value was subsequently carried over to the cb_flex_discount_final parameter when the request was processed on the renewal date. This update ensures that the retrieved Adobe ID is now accurately recorded and preserved throughout the entire lifecycle of the scheduled change request.

  • CAD-2510. Fixed an issue where Adobe change requests became stuck in a "Pending" state due to a date validation error (time data '' does not match format '%Y-%m-%d'). This issue occurred when a customer attempted to remove 3-Year Commitment (3YC) parameters from a subscription alongside other operational modifications, causing an empty date value to improperly trigger a parsing failure.

  • CAD-2501. Resolved an issue where Adobe scheduled change requests failed with a "Cannot apply selected flex discounts for MPNs" error during renewal processing. This occurred when a reseller selected multiple flex discounts, but certain discounts were unavailable on Adobe's side, causing a validation conflict on the renewal date that subsequently led to data and quantity inconsistencies between CloudBlue and Adobe. The connector has been updated to properly validate and reconcile reseller-selected discounts against Adobe's system throughout the scheduled change lifecycle, ensuring successful request processing and preventing provisioning discrepancies.
