Adobe Connect 11.10.3 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.10.3:
Fixed Issues
-
CAD-2515. We have resolved an issue where Adobe change orders to upgrade resources were incorrectly rejected with a validation error stating that item quantities did not comply with three-year commitment minimums. This bug previously blocked resellers from adjusting resource quantities, even when the necessary commitment thresholds were fully satisfied on the Adobe side. With this update, change orders that meet the required minimums will now process successfully, ensuring smooth resource management and uninterrupted order fulfillment for customers.
-
CAD-2516. We have resolved an issue where Adobe late renewal orders were being processed with an incorrect, lower discount level instead of the optimal volume tier the customer qualified for. Per Adobe's system logic, expired subscriptions automatically drop to a baseline Level 1. With this update, the connector now automatically performs a renewal preview prior to submitting the order, which prompts Adobe to calculate and return the proper tier based on the current license quantities. Late renewal orders will now automatically apply the correct discount level, ensuring customers receive accurate pricing from the start and eliminating the need for manual order corrections.
-
CAD-2517. We have resolved an issue where Adobe Three-Year Commitment (3YC) provisioning requests would stall indefinitely if a customer did not accept the agreement after 24 hours. Previously, an uncaught exception in the background workflow disrupted the polling process, causing the connector to permanently stop checking for customer acceptance after just 24 hours and requiring complex manual workarounds to process requests. This update fixes the workflow interruption, ensuring the system properly handles the exception and safely reschedules status checks over an extended period.
-
CAD-2518. We have resolved an issue where attempting to add an administrator to a customer account via the Adobe Reseller Console would fail with a "400 Bad Request" error. This failure occurred because the system omitted the required
marketSegmentfield in its background update payload, causing Adobe to reject the request with an "Invalid Market segment" error (particularly affecting specific accounts like Large Government Agencies). With this release, the connector properly includes the market segment data in all customer update requests, ensuring that partners can now successfully add and manage customer administrators through the console without encountering unexpected system rejections. -
CAD-2519. We have resolved an issue where Adobe change request validations were failing with a "Read timed out" error during the draft processing stage. This issue occurred because retrieving a customer's order history from Adobe's side was taking longer than the connector’s previous 30-second limit. To address this, we have extended the request timeout within the connector, giving these comprehensive background checks the necessary time to complete successfully.
-
CAD-2520. We have resolved an issue where Adobe Three-Year Commitment (3YC) parameters could fall out of sync if the commitment expired while a scheduled change request was still in progress.
