This document describes an enhancement introduced in Adobe Connect v11.10.4:

Enhancements

• CAD-2522. We have streamlined the Mid-Term Upgrade Switch flow for orders originating from Commerce. When drafting a mid-term upgrade change with a populated Commerce order ID (cb_order_id), the connector will no longer prompt you to manually select whether the request is a "switch" or a "revert switch." Instead, the connector now automatically detects the correct request type based on the presence of a cancellation order ID (cb_cancel_order_id), removing unnecessary steps and ensuring a smoother, more efficient submission process.
