Fixed Issues

CAD-2253. Fixed an issue where monitoring orders were approved prematurely in Connect before their corresponding return orders reached a completed state in Adobe.

CAD-2260. Resolved an issue where Adobe purchase requests remained stuck in a pending state when the connector encountered an inactive account (status 1004). The system now explicitly handles this scenario by failing the request and adding an informative message to the request conversation.
Enhancements

CAD-2110 / CAD-2191. We have updated the connector to support Seamless Move imports for customers with existing Adobe account IDs. This allows partners to re-import customers in scenarios where a reseller change was initiated directly within Adobe.

CAD-2252. The
cb_align_expiration_dateparameter is no longer used by default by the connector in validations for Extended Terms purchase requests, as this is now managed by CloudBlue Commerce. -
CAD-2255. Enhanced VIP Transfer Eligibility Messaging: Updated the error messages displayed during the Dynamic Order Validation (DOV) process to provide clearer information regarding VIP Transfer eligibility.

CAD-2259. We have enhanced the Adobe subscription workflow to address issues where updates to renewal quantities were being rejected, preventing subsequent return orders from being processed. The logic has been modified to prioritize placing a return order before attempting renewal quantity changes.
