Adobe Connect 11.6.1 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.6.1:
Fixed Issues
-
CAD-1782. Resolved a performance issue where users were unable to export data from the Adobe Reseller Management console. Previously, CEE_003 error code was triggered, resulting in an "Operation timed out" message in the user interface.
-
CAD-2323. Resolved an issue where transitioning the
offline_statusparameter from active to inactive incorrectly triggered API calls to Adobe, resulting in the unintended enablement of autorenewal. -
CAD-2324. Fixed a synchronization issue where Adobe change requests failed with a 400 Bad Request (Error 3119) when attempting to finalize orders for subscriptions in an "Inactive" or "Pending Renewal" state.
-
CAD-2326. Fixed an issue where scheduled change requests failed when a customer possessed inactive or terminated licenses with the same Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) as their active subscriptions. The connector previously attempted to process these inactive licenses during renewal quantity updates, triggering Adobe API errors stating that terminated subscriptions cannot be activated.
-
CAD-2331. Resolved an issue where scheduled change requests failed on the renewal date due to the "Large Government Agencies" program restriction.
-
CAD-2338. We identified and resolved a synchronization error where Adobe subscription adjustment requests failed to reflect updated renewal orders and dates.
