Adobe Connect 11.6.2 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.6.2:

CAD-2340. We resolved an issue where the cb_flex_discount_draft was missing or empty in fulfillment requests, which could prevent integrators from correctly previewing or adjusting discount values during the draft phase of a change order. Draft change orders for Adobe subscriptions with flexible discounts now expose both draft and final discount parameters as expected.
CAD-2341. We fixed an issue where some Adobe subscription change and cancel requests could intermittently remain stuck in “Pending” state, even though all backend processing and Adobe API calls had completed successfully. With this fix, impacted requests now reliably progress to completion instead of remaining pending.
CAD-2342. We resolved in an issue that occurred when a configuration-type parameter related to flexible discounts was not explicitly set and it did not get sent at all (it wasn’t present in the payload). This could cause processing failures because the connector expected the parameter to exist. With this update, the connector now supports cases where the flexible discount configuration parameter may not be initialized / may be absent, and it can also tolerate it arriving empty.
