Fixed Issues

• CAD-2285. Adobe Reseller Console now correctly filters product lists and customer data based on the selected segment (Government, Commercial, or Education). Additionally, the LGA (Linked Membership Groups) tab, which was previously visible to all users regardless of relevance, has been restricted so that its display is now dynamically controlled via the enable_lga parameter, providing a more streamlined and accurate user interface.
