This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.6.4:

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2354. We have resolved an issue where certain Adobe subscriptions failed to trigger the necessary adjustment requests within the platform. While the renewals were successfully processed on the Adobe side, the corresponding adjustment tasks within the Adobe Connector did not execute as scheduled.

  • CAD-2355. We have resolved an issue where Adobe renewal requests were remaining in a "Pending" status within the connector despite the renewal date having already passed on the Adobe side.

  • CAD-2356. We have addressed a synchronization issue where Adobe renewal orders could not be successfully processed through the standard return functionality due to missing IDs. Previously, when a return was attempted on a renewal order, the system failed to automatically capture the necessary Adobe Order ID, triggering a manual inquiry that led to incorrect user selections and discrepancies between the platform and Adobe.
