Adobe Connect 11.7.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features, enhancements and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.7.0:

New Features

  • CAD-2352 / CAD-2325. The connector now supports applying renewal Flexible Discounts from the Adobe Reseller Console. For additional information, see the Flexible Discounts documentation.

  • CAD-2269. Implemented mandatory support for Adobe’s new dual-currency (GBP/EUR) capability in the VIP Marketplace for European markets by the extended June 2025 deadline, ensuring partner compliance with Adobe requirements. For additional information see the following announcement:

Enhancements

  • CAD-2327. We have implemented idempotency controls across the Adobe connector to prevent the creation of duplicate orders resulting from unexpected network timeouts.

  • CAD-2339. The connector now updates flexible discounts when decreasing the license count at renewal.

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2290. We have corrected a validation failure where new Adobe subscriptions for customers with previously terminated assets were failing to activate 3-Year Commitment (3YC) parameters.

  • CAD-2329. We have optimized the processing sequence for Adobe 3-Year Commitment (3YC) requests to prevent them from becoming stuck in an "Accepted" state. Previously, the connector would wait for Adobe to commit the 3YC before updating renewal quantities; however, because Adobe requires those quantities to be updated first to satisfy commitment minimums, this created a processing deadlock.

  • CAD-2330. We have resolved an issue where license increases for 3-Year Commitment (3YC) subscriptions were blocked by validation errors regarding minimum quantity requirements. This occurred because the connector's delta calculation logic failed to account for global purchases, causing the system to incorrectly flag valid quantity updates as non-compliant with 3YC minimums.

  • CAD-2343. We have resolved an issue where Adobe reseller change requests became stuck in a "Pending" state when an associated subscription had a concurrent renewal request in progress.

  • CAD-2361. Fixed an issue where the synchronization flow would fail if the connector encountered an invalid customer ID originating from an older asset. The connector has been updated to handle these scenarios gracefully; instead of allowing the order to fail with a validation error, the system will now skip the obsolete ID and automatically create a new, valid customer record in Adobe to ensure the flow continues without interruption.
