Adobe Connect 11.8.3 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v11.8.3:

CAD-2404. Resolved an issue where the Connect processor would automatically apply flexible discount codes to promotional (non-base) product SKUs during order processing, causing Adobe's API to reject the order with error code 2145. The system now correctly identifies promotional SKUs and excludes them from automatic flexible discount application, ensuring that orders containing PROMO SKUs are processed successfully.
CAD-2402. We have resolved an issue where Adobe 3-Year Commitment (3YC) requests remained in a "Pending" state due to a synchronization logic error. Previously, the connector would only update renewal quantities after receiving a "Committed" signal from Adobe; however, Adobe requires those renewal quantities to meet minimum commitment thresholds before it will transition the 3YC status from "Accepted" to "Committed." This circular dependency caused requests to stall unless manually intervened. The connector now correctly updates all renewal quantities prior to waiting for Adobe’s commitment, ensuring that 3YC requests are processed automatically.
