Adobe Connect 12.2.5 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Adobe Connect v12.2.5:

Fixed Issues

  • CAD-2619. Fixed an issue where Early Renewal orders failed validation after a downsize order was processed for an active subscription. Previously, when a subscription commitment was reduced prior to its anniversary date, the connector incorrectly evaluated the early renewal order quantity against the current active seat count rather than the scheduled renewal quantity, causing the order to be rejected.

  • CAD-2618. Fixed an issue where purchase requests with extended terms that failed date validation returned a misleading error message. Previously, the connector displayed a hardcoded maximum date range of 5 years instead of reflecting the specific maximum term limit configured for the product (such as 3 years), leading to confusion when an order was placed in an inquiring state. The validation message has been updated to accurately reflect the product's configured maximum extended term limit.

  • CAD-2615. Resolved an issue in the Adobe Renewal Management module where SKUs could not be found or added when managing renewals for Adobe VIP Marketplace subscriptions (such as Government products). This occurred for resellers with tier configurations across multiple Adobe products, causing the module to fail during SKU lookup and preventing products from being added to the renewal. With this update, the Renewal Management module correctly retrieves and displays the appropriate SKUs across all configured Adobe products.

  • CAD-2612. Resolved an issue where the externalReferenceId property was not populated when processing Early Renewal orders. While new subscription orders correctly included this identifier, early renewal orders submitted to Adobe were missing the reference value. With this update, the externalReferenceId is consistently populated for early renewal orders, ensuring proper tracking and alignment across systems.

  • CAD-2611. Resolved an issue where renewal requests and scheduled auto-renewals failed with a "Subscription Not allowed for Renewal" error when applying reseller-selected flex discount codes. This occurred because preview renewal requests were submitted to Adobe before the subscription entered the permitted renewal window (30 days prior to the Anniversary Date), causing the selected discount codes to be rejected. With this update, renewal validation requests outside the permitted window are handled properly, preventing renewal order failures.
