Adobe Connect 9.6.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features and fixed issues in Adobe Connect v9.6.0:

XCOAD-78. This release provides a fix for an Adobe ordering issue affecting Extended Terms. An additional parameter is now captured during draft validation. This update will lead to an overall better experience for partners and a reduction in escalations requiring manual efforts by Operations to apply a workaround.
XCOAD-140. To avoid confusion, the text on the Renewal Quote button in the Adobe Resellers Management Console will be replaced with the text Renewal Preview. This will clarify the purpose of this button, which provides a sneak peak at what the renewal will look like, but it does not actually create quotes.
COAD-4628. We have improved the messages displayed when provisioning is paused until 3-year commit is accepted by the customer.

XSUPSCIT-3842. We have fixed an issue in scheduled change requests where the auto-renewal fulfillment parameter is empty.
SUPSCIT-3899:. We fixed an issue where the offline status parameter was sometimes ignored.
SUPSCIT-3925. Reseller change requests without a transaction ID are now properly identified and processed.
