PPR Required Configuration

The following configuration is required in the Service Plans tab of the PPR file:

Service Plan Advanced Configuration

The following configuration is required in the Billing Terms tab of the Service Plan.

Displaying the 3-year Commit Fields in the UX1 Control Panel

The following steps are required to display the 3-year commit fields in the UX control panel:

1. Get the product line APS resource. For example: https://xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xx/aps/2/resources?implementing(http://xxx.xxx.xxxxxx/inhouse-products/productLine/1.0),eq(appId,PRD-000-000-000),select(aps.id,parameters)

2. Get the list of parameters and APS ID.

3. Send a PUT request with the whole list of parameters to update the 3-year commitment parameters (three_years_commitment, three_years_minimum_licenses and three_years_minimum_consumables) and set the showToCustomer parameter to True.

   

Once these steps are completed, the 3-year commit ordering parameters will be displayed in UX1:
