Customer Agreement Parameters

The parameters in the following table are used to confirm the Microsoft Customer Agreement and they will be required when the value of the microsoft_order_type parameter is new_customer, or in the case of Existing CSP customers (when the value of the microsoft_order_type parameter is not new_customer), the parameters will only be required if the MCA has not been accepted.

Parameter ID Description

agreement_first_name

First name of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA.

agreement_last_name

Last name of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA.

agreement_email_address

Email address of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA.

agreement_phone_number

Phone number of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA.

mca_attestation_accepted

The parameter must be set to YES to confirm that the MCA has been accepted.

Note: This parameter will be used if the connector has been configured to use Microsoft's latest API for Microsoft Customer Agreement Attestation (MCA).

mca_attestation_id_external This parameter can be used by partners that do not use Draft Validation to create orders using an MCA attestation previously accepted by the customer.
agreement_acceptance

The parameter must be set to YES to confirm that the MCA has been accepted.

Note: This parameter will be used if the connector has been configured to use Microsoft's legacy API for Microsoft Customer Agreement Attestation (MCA).
