Customer Agreement Parameters
The parameters in the following table are used to confirm the Microsoft Customer Agreement and they will be required when the value of the microsoft_order_type parameter is new_customer, or in the case of Existing CSP customers (when the value of the microsoft_order_type parameter is not new_customer), the parameters will only be required if the MCA has not been accepted.

First name of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA. |

Last name of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA. |

Email address of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA. |

Phone number of the user at the customer's organization who accepted the MCA. |

mca_attestation_accepted |
The parameter must be set to YES to confirm that the MCA has been accepted. Note: This parameter will be used if the connector has been configured to use Microsoft's latest API for Microsoft Customer Agreement Attestation (MCA). |
| mca_attestation_id_external | This parameter can be used by partners that do not use Draft Validation to create orders using an MCA attestation previously accepted by the customer. |
| agreement_acceptance |
The parameter must be set to YES to confirm that the MCA has been accepted. Note: This parameter will be used if the connector has been configured to use Microsoft's legacy API for Microsoft Customer Agreement Attestation (MCA). |
