Scope and Eligibility Requirements
Microsoft partners transacting NCE Azure in the CSP partner-led field channel should understand the following scope of support and eligibility requirements with CloudBlue.
Scope
CloudBlue supports NCE Azure in the following configuration:

Program: Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) exclusively

Platform: Modern New Commerce Experience (NCE)

Geography: Worldwide except China and embargoed regions

Cloud: Microsoft Cloud International (MCI) exclusively

CloudBlue does not presently support United States Government Community Cloud (GCC). This is a candidate for implementation.

Customer Qualification(s): Non-Qualified Commercial customers

Microsoft customers with MCI Education or MCI Nonprofit qualifications transact the Non-Qualified Commercial version.

Distribution: 1T direct to customer and 2T indirect via resellers to customers

Eligibility Criteria
The following should be met in order to transact new NCE Azure business, and/or to onboard existing business to CloudBlue (i.e. platform-to-platform partner transfer).

Microsoft customers must have a valid* Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).

Microsoft partners must have a valid* Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA).

Microsoft partners must have a valid* PLA MPNID.

Microsoft customers must have a valid* billing and invoicing relationship to their Microsoft partner(s).

For 2T indirect distribution only, Microsoft reseller partners must have a valid* billing and invoicing relationship to their Microsoft direct billed provider partner.
Note: Valid* means currently active and in good standing with Microsoft, and excludes states such as Expired, Revoked, Terminated etc.
