Transitioning a Legacy Azure CSP Subscription to an Azure Plan under the Microsoft Customer Agreement (Manual Process)

Use this process when a customer has an existing legacy Azure CSP subscription in the Microsoft Partner Center but no corresponding subscriptions currently managed via CloudBlue Commerce.

When this is the case, the transacting partner will be asked to confirm if the transition to the Azure plan has been completed in the Microsoft Partner Center.

Phase 1: Action in Microsoft Partner Center

1. Log in to the Microsoft Partner Center, locate the customer, and navigate to the Subscriptions tab.

   

2. Select Transition Billing to Azure Plan.

   

3. Review the terms and confirm the transition to the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).

   

4. Once the confirmation is accepted, the transition is completed.

   

 

Phase 2: Finalize in CloudBlue Commerce

1. Return to the CloudBlue Order Wizard.

2. Locate the field: Has the transition to Azure plan been completed in Microsoft Partner Center?

   

3. Set this field to Yes.

4. Complete the domain ownership validation and provide any remaining required details.

5. Review the final order summary and click Buy.
