Fixed Issues

• CAZR-1742. We resolved an issue that occurred during the ordering process, when the required Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) contact fields were not being displayed. This prevented the collection of essential customer information (Customer Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone number) needed to successfully create the Microsoft Customer Agreement after the attestation step was completed.
