Becoming a Cisco Partner

In this section you will find the necessary instructions to access to the Cisco Partner Self Service (PSS) application and become a Cisco partner. To do this, you will need to complete two steps:

  1. Obtain a Cisco ID.
  2. Complete the Cisco partner registration and obtain partner level access.

Obtain your Cisco ID

The first thing you will need to become a Cisco partner is a Cisco account ID, which is required to access the Cisco Partner Self Service (PSS) application and complete the Partner Registration. To obtain the required Cisco ID, please register in the Cisco Portal. Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email of your Cisco ID creation.

Partner Registration and Partner Level Access

To complete the partner registration and obtain partner level access, please follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Partner Registration site and provide your Cisco Distributor name and your Distributor Reseller Account Number.

    Note: If you have never partnered with a Cisco Distributor, you can use the Cisco Disti Locator tool to find one.

  2. Associate your Cisco ID with a Partner company by going to Partner Self Service and clicking Associate Myself with a Company.
  3. Search for your company by filtering the results by Country and Company Name.
  4. Select your company and a location from the list.
  5. Click Submit.

    Note:
    -When your company association has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Cisco.
    -Please bear in mind that you may need to wait between 24 and 48 hours for your association request to be approved before you can access the partner tools.
