Cisco CONNECT 2.8.3 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features, fixed issues and known limitations of Cisco CONNECT v2.8.3:

New Features

• The “Intended Use” field that identifies the purpose of the order was added for the Cisco Request of all products whose value will be passed to Cisco via APIs. Available values for the dropdown are "Managed Service" and “Resale” (default). The value of the field has implications on promotions and Cisco’s reporting on a Partner’s role. The selection will determine the available promotions. This feature will assist Cisco internally to categorize the Reseller which will further help Cisco to manage and allocate the correct discounting structure based on Partner type, Plan purchased, etc.
